- The Comprehensive Appraisal Study Guide, this was published by the Appraisal Institute as The Appraisers Complete Review.
- The Encyclopedia of Investments, chapter on "Commercial & Industrial Real Estate"
- The Appraisal of Real Estate, 10th edition, published by the Appraisal Institute. Contributed to the chapter on accrued depreciation.

Many appraisers, attorneys and other real estate professionals who practice today have either attended courses taught by Ted or have been edified through his writings. Ted is also a certified USPAP instructor and as an attorney, provides legal services to a wide range of clients. He holds multiple designations including the Appraisal Institute® MAI designation. Ted's tremendous knowledge of the law relating to real estate appraisal, USPAP compliance and real estate education gained over years of practice experience in both the financial institution community and private practice sets him apart as a knowledge, education, organization, and practice leader.
